Terms and Conditions

General:

• All items listen and purchased from our store are preorder only. This includes the digital PDF and all digital merch. This means that you are ordering it with the understanding that production will take place after the preorder sales. 
• Production may take anywhere from 3 to 5 months, and all items will be shipped after the production time. We will then ship the items as soon as we receive them. Please make sure to follow our social media for any and all updates! 
• Orders are shipped from the US, please make sure we can ship to your country here.
• We are NOT responsible for customs, import, or VAT fees imposed on your package. Tracking may be limited or delayed depending on your country's postal service.
• Once all physical orders have been sent, all digital items will be sent out via email.
• Please make sure all information you provide to us for both physical and digital emails is correct.

Refund Policy:

• All sales are final.
• Refunds are not available except in cases of moderator error in order processing.
• USPS is responsible for damage incurred during shipment or nondelivery.
• We are not responsible for packages lost by the postal service or stolen. If you receive a damaged package, document with video before opening for a postal claim.
• If you do not receive your items as ordered, please email us and we will do our best to make it right.
• We are not responsible for unclaimed/undelivered packages. If the package is returned to us due to your order error we can reship them if the buyer covers the reshipping costs.
• Once again, please make sure all information is correct. We are not responsible for any packages that get sent to the incorrect address if it is the one you have provided us.
